Farm Bureaus and Cattlemen Endorse LaMalfa

Doug LaMalfa continues to receive strong support from organizations across the district. The Nevada County Farm Bureau, Shasta County Farm Bureau and Butte County Cattleman's Association have endorsed LaMalfa in his campaign for the House of Representatives.

"The number one industry in California is agriculture. The number one industry in this district is agriculture. We need representatives who understand the issues and are ready on day one to be a vocal advocate for our rural needs," stated Sue Hoek, Nevada County Farm Bureau President. "Doug LaMalfa has a history of being here with us and fighting for us in the legislature. Doug is the most qualified to represent us in Washington and we are pleased to fully endorse his candidacy for U.S. Representative."

"It is an honor to have earned the support of the Nevada and Shasta County Farm Bureaus and the Butte County Cattlemen," said LaMalfa. "I'm working to bring our north state common sense and values to Washington. I've been proud to work with so many people across the district to fight over reaching regulations and an out of touch government."

The Butte County Cattleman's Association and the Nevada and Shasta County Farm Bureaus join the Farm Bureaus in Butte, Lassen, Siskiyou and Tehama Counties, as well as the California Farm Bureau, in endorsing LaMalfa.
