Liberal Candidates Trying to Trick Voters with Fake "Voter Guides," "Sample Ballots"

Statement

Dear conservative,

In the last few days you may have received a "voter guide" or "sample ballot" from groups using Republican names, with certain candidates circle or highlighted.

Please be aware these "voter guides" are not from conservative groups.

They give their "endorsements" to rich liberal candidates who paid money to be "endorsed."

These "endorsements" of liberal candidates running in Republican primaries are meant to defeat conservatives by tricking you into voting for them.

Would you eat at a restaurant that had to pay people to say nice things about it?

I wouldn't.

In one case the "Republican Voter Guide" you received was written by the candidate's campaign manager!

The candidates you see endorsed by voter guides and sample ballots have not been endorsed by a single independent, ACTUAL, conservative organization.

Liberals hope to confuse you, because they have targeted me for defeat.

So if you received a "voter guide" or "sample ballot" in the mail, toss it in the trash. It's from a liberal group using a Republican name, that charged liberal candidates money for their endorsement.

I'm proud to say I've never had to pay someone for their endorsement.

With your help I beat Jack Brooks, a 42-year incumbent.

In Congress I eliminated three full house committees, 23 subcommittees and cut committee staff by one-third, saving you millions of dollars each year.

I also voted to cut my own pay and pension, and eliminate the "freebies" and perks Congressman had enjoyed for years.

I'm also proud to be endorsed by folks like:

> Pastor Chuck Baldwin

> Border control advocate Congressman Tom Tancredo

> Gun Owners of America and the National Association for Gun Rights (I am the only candidate in this race endorsed by gun groups.)

> the National Pro-Life Alliance

> Young Conservatives of Texas

I also have perfect 100% ratings from:

> 60 Plus, who named me "Guardian of Seniors' Rights"

> the National Rifle Association

> the Campaign for Liberty

> the National Right to Life Committee

> the National Federation of Independent Businesses.

Unlike other candidates, I don't have to pay for endorsements.

My record speaks for itself.

> I voted to cut my own pay.

> I have a perfect 100% lifetime pro-gun rating from the NRA.

> I have a perfect 100% lifetime pro-life rating from the National Right to Life Committee.

> I have a perfect 100% lifetime conservative rating from the American Conservative Union.

I am the only proven conservative.

And I am proud to be known as "The Most Conservative Congressman In Texas."

I don't have to pay fake conservative groups for endorsements because I have a conservative record.

That's why ACTUAL conservative organizations are endorsing me, not liberal con jobs that charge liberal candidates for "endorsements."

Together we can end the Obama regime.

I need your early vote.

Polls are open now for my re-election, and remain open each day until May 25. I have listed the locations below.

You may find out more at my website, www.CongressmanSteveStockman.com.

Warmest wishes,

Congressman Steve Stockman
The Most Conservative Congressman in Texas

P.S. You have received "voter guides" and "sample ballots" in the mail that are actually put out by liberal candidates' campaigns, or liberal groups that charge liberal candidates money for "Republican endorsements."

I have never had to pay to be endorsed by a fake voter guide because I have a 100% conservative record in Congress. That's why conservative organizations are endorsing me -- BASED ON MY RECORD.

I know you support me too. Polls are open now for my re-election and will remain open until May 25. Get out and vote for the CONSERVATIVE!
