Important decisions will be made over the next few years that shape economic development in the Bellevue and Offutt communities. It will be important to have strong leadership at the state and local levels to take advantage of these opportunities.

*The new bridge and routing of Highway 34 through areas south of Bellevue and investments in StratCom will create great opportunities for job creation and balanced growth. I will work with local and state leaders to push for infrastructure and development choices that benefit Bellevue and Offutt.

*Small businesses create most jobs. This is particularly true in Olde Town Bellevue and along the Fort Crook corridor. I will push for tax policies that support investment in existing and new small businesses, and regulatory relief for small business.
