Congressman Leonard Boswell (IA-3) today announced the U.S. Department of Public Health and Human Services has awarded $3,495,789 to the Iowa Department of Human Services.
"This funding will help support the Money Follows the Person-Partnership for Community Integration program, which was established to help people with significant cognitive disabilities live independently in communities of their choice," Boswell said. "This important program provides support and services to help those with intellectual disabilities learn the skills necessary to lead productive and fulfilling lives within their communities."
