Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation Receives HHS Grant

U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that the Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, which serves the Metro East, has been awarded a $500,000 Affordable Care Act Capital Development grants from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The funds will be used to provide health care services.
"As our health care needs continue to grow, these resources will help the Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation to provide quality care to families in our communities," Costello said. "I am working to ensure that the federal budget maintains a commitment to providing health services to all of our citizens."
