I supported the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program Reauthorization Act of 2009, which provides job training, placement services, and grants to end veteran homelessness. The act requires the Secretary of Labor to make grants to programs and facilities that provide necessary services to homeless women veterans and homeless veterans with children. (H.R. 1171 passed the House)
