Last month, Congressman Boehner addressed the Butler County Lincoln Day Dinner and reaffirmed that November's election will be a referendum on President Obama's policies -- including ObamaCare, the failed "stimulus" and policies that are driving up the price of gas. CSPAN aired coverage of the dinner Saturday.
