Economy: I support rescinding the Bush era tax cuts for the wealthy, while keeping taxes low for the middleclass and working poor.I support a Federal-private sector mass investment in public works(infrastructure and schools)as a way to stimulate employment and to improve transportation here in the District and nationwide.I favor continuing unemployment compensation for folks out of a job and needing one with NO DELAY and NO negotiation deals.I support Federal investment, as well as private sector money in green energy research and development.
