1. Implementation of the StrongAmericaNow.org plan (known as Lean Six Sigma Waste Reduction
Process) which is estimated to reduce the deficit by 25% or $500 Billion by 2017.
2. Address Entitlement Reform.
3. Work with Congress to develop a merit based appropriations plan to replace the old earmark system.
4. Eliminate burdensome federal regulations that kill jobs.
5. Tax Reform -- simplify the tax code by eliminating loopholes and drastically reducing rates at all levels.
6. Pass a Balanced Budget Amendment.
