Restructure the military to be a specifically defensive force, closing most foreign bases.

Cease military and "police" actions in foreign countries. If those countries want protection from our citizens, they can hire them or ask for volunteers such as the flying tigers in World War Two. Our government should not be involved.

In cases of aggressive wars or genocides being committed by nations against other foreign nations, congress can decide if war is necessary. If it is, declare it and win it - then leave. Carefully consider if, by being involved, we are making things better or worse.

Illegal aliens may be able to qualify for eventual citizenship if they acknowledge their situation and make it right by going through the process I outline in the position paper. Illegal aliens committing crimes should be treated as criminals. Non-citizens should never be allowed to vote or access services meant for citizens.
