The job situation in this country is a direct result of the policies currently in place at the federal level. The federal government approved unemployment rate sits over 8%. In North Carolina its almost 10% and the second district is suffering the brunt of the disaster. There are real changes that could take place quickly and begin creating sustainable jobs within six months.
