Issue Position: Jobs

As a firm believer in the free market, I feel that less government creates more jobs. When the pendulum swings away from the free market, we have high unemployment.

The federal government should be removed from any role in job creation and limit itself to lowering taxes to create a national, pro-business environment.

State governments on the other hand have the responsibility to act as independent contractors to attract business and encourage job growth. If residents are unhappy with the success or type of job growth, they have the freedom to move to another state that more closely utilizes their skill set.
