U.S. Congressman Paul Gosar, DDS (AZ-01) and 153 other members cosponsored a letter asking the Obama Administration to reverse an unconstitutional mandate that forces religious organizations to provide birth control and abortion causing drugs in the health care plans of their employees.

Congressman Gosar said, "This new rule further demonstrates the Obama Administration's disregard for the role of government in a free society. Government intervention which forces religious-affiliated organizations to disregard their conscience rights is horrendous. I have urged the Department of Health and Human Services reconsiders its decision."
