Remembering Martin Luther King Jr.

Statement

On the third Monday in January each year, Americans celebrate the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his dream of a nation where people will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their
character. But that day is about more than a history lesson--we must also understand the importance of fulfilling Dr. King's dream and work to improve schools in every neighborhood and create an environment in which businesses thrive and can create good jobs for all Americans.
