"President Obama laid out his blueprint for 'an America built to last' in his State of the Union address on Tuesday night, and did a remarkable job of avoiding his actual record over the last three years. But the fact of the matter remains that the President cannot run away from his mistakes. His actions have bloated government, burdened job creators and exploded the debt.
Since President Obama took office three years ago, almost two million more Americans are out of work, and we're witnessing the longest period of sustained high unemployment since the Great Depression. President Obama can certainly give a good campaign speech but he has yet to demonstrate any real ability to lead our country out of this economic mess. My hope is that the President will work with Congress this year to create real reforms for hard-working taxpayers who are struggling."
