Kline: The Senate Should Join Us in Ensuring 160 Million Americans Do Not Face a Tax Increase

Location: Washington, DC

Minnesota Congressman John Kline reiterated his support for a full-year payroll tax cut extension to help families and small businesses by voting to move to a formal conference with the U.S. Senate:

"I was pleased to join my House colleagues today in passing a one-year extension of the payroll tax holiday. I urge the Senate to return to Washington to complete their responsibility of providing working families with relief and giving private sector employers the economic certainty they need to create jobs and put some of the 15 million unemployed Americans back to work."
