"The Senate was right to confirm Porter Goss as the new Central Intelligence Agency Director. He was an Army intelligence officer. He served as a CIA operative. For the past seven years, he chaired the House Intelligence Committee. As we continue to fight the war on terrorism, he has the experience necessary to lead our country. And he has overwhelming support from both sides of the aisle."
