Rep. Steve Chabot (R-OH) released the following statement today in reaction to the Supreme Court's decision to hear a challenge to the President's stifling health care law. Small businesses and 26 states have challenged the law, and just last week, our own state voted by a large margin that Ohioans cannot be forced to participate in the health care system.
"I applaud the Supreme Court's announcement today that they will hear the challenges to the President's health care law," Rep. Chabot said. "This cram-down of government-mandated health care was not something Americans wanted. This has become even more evident by the number of small businesses and states that have challenged the law. I voted with my colleagues in the House to overturn this job-crushing law, and it is my hope that the Court will do the same by finding the law unconstitutional."
