"Good morning, this is the day that lives in infamy. On December 7th we are reminded of a very solemn day for this country. It reminds us of the commitment of our men and women in uniform and the commitment that we must continue to strive for freedom.
"As we end the calendar year, there are obviously a lot of things still on the table to be resolved. We are committed to trying to work with the other side to produce results for the people that sent us here. First and foremost, I think the American people want to see an economy that grows again and they want to get back to work. We are going to continue to look for ways to put some wins on the board so that we can demonstrate some results and people can begin to regain their confidence about the future for themselves and their family."
