"Good morning, as the Speaker said, it's about jobs now and jobs all the time. We in the House remain very focused on how we can create more opportunity for small businesses to begin growing again so we can put more people back to work in this country.

"We are continuing our incremental approach to job creation and this week we will bring up the Senate-passed version of our three percent withholding bill. We expect that bill to pass and then go on to the President, hopefully for a signature. I would ask the President, again, to join us in trying to find the things that we can agree on to help put more people back to work, rather than focusing on the things that divide us."
