Ryan McDougle knows that government does not create jobs. Business leaders and entrepreneurs create jobs. The government's role is to create an environment that fosters job growth. Ryan is diligently working to ensure Virginia continues to lead the nation with a positive business climate. This year, he sponsored legislation to protect Virginia's Right to Work law by including the right in the Virginia Constitution. He will also continue to support smart investments in economic development efforts that bring new businesses and industries to Virginia and which encourage small business creation and expansion throughout the Commonwealth.
