On Wednesday, House Ways and Mean Committee Chairman Dave Camp unveiled a discussion draft for international tax reform that I believe is a tremendous starting point. The United States will soon have the highest corporate tax rate in the industrialized world. If this goes unaddressed, we will continue to become a less attractive place for investment and job creation. With the economy sputtering and many Americans still unable to find work, Congress must come together to do those things which we know work.
