Rep. Farenthold Votes for Trade Agreements Supporting American Jobs

Location: Washington, DC

Today, the House passed three free trade agreements with Columbia, South Korea and Panama. Congressman Blake Farenthold (TX-27) had the following comments:

"The free trade agreements with Colombia, Panama and South Korea that were passed today in the House will remove barriers for U.S. products exported to these countries. American productivity, ingenuity and entrepreneurship will always prosper with free trade and a level playing field. Increased trade allows America to be more competitive globally, helping businesses create jobs. South Texas is a clear winner as trade grows."
