Too many young children are filling up juvenile court on a daily basis and that must change. I will support programs such as intensive case management, mentoring and educational services to at-risk New Orleans youth. I will work with local and state leaders to ensure funding and resources to support recreational programs and initiatives that will decrease the high school dropout rate.
