Tthe [sic] ability of a nation to compete in the world's market largely depends upon its economy to transition itself into wealth creating opportunities that can better the quality of life for its population. Government must be used as an economic catalyst or stimulus that drives these changes, but at the same time, it should not be allowed to stagnate the growth of free enterprise and free trade which gives its citizenry the rights and privilege to become as successful as is permitted by their own potential to produce goods and services.
