Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA) released the follow statement after receiving the President's remarks on jobs during a joint session of Congress:
"Rather than analyze the President's speech, I reserve judgment until we can analyze his legislation. I hope he introduces it immediately so we can all see the details.
"There were certainly things upon which we can agree and plenty more that showed common goals. There were other comments that gave me pause and could be cause for concern.
"In my brief moment speaking to the President afterwards I told him I would work with him. From increasing trade opportunities, business tax credits for hiring new employees and cutting government red tape to help reinvigorate small businesses, there is a lot we can do to put our economy back to work."
