Dear Ms. Quarterman:

As a consequence of the Yellowstone River oil spill, on behalf of the State of Montana and its citizens, I write you requesting copies of the following materials:

*All records in the custody of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration from 2006 to the present that in any way relate to Exxon Mobile's SHvertip Pipeline in Montana, including but not limited to all correspondence, notes, memoranda, reports, inspections, maps, charts, and all other documents, whether in paper or electronic format, whether prepared by representatives of your agency or by a third party;

*All records in the custody of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration from 2006 to the present that identify any complaints, regulatory violations, corrective actions, remedial actions, or concerns about any pipeline located in whole or in part in Montana, whether in paper or electronic format, and whether prepared by representatives of your agency or by a third party.
