Mack Comments on Obama's Address on Afghanistan

Location: Washington, DC

Congressman Connie Mack (FL-14), Member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, released the following statement in advance of President Obama's address to the nation this evening:

"The government of Afghanistan cannot be trusted and has not proven to be an ally. Having spent time and resources in Afghanistan, the American people deserve a thorough plan for the future of Afghanistan based on a dialogue between our military leaders, Administration leaders, and our legislative leaders. Along with the American people, I look forward to hearing about that constructive dialogue this evening from the President."
