Garrett Honors Local Teens with Congressional Awards

Rep. Scott Garrett (NJ-05) this week presented the Congressional Award to four 5th District teens for their work in the community. Lafayette resident Jeremy of Alosio and Ridgewood resident Daniel Choe were awarded silver medals, and Old Tappan resident Sera Lim and Washington resident Danielle Payeur-Narine were awarded bronze medals.

"The Congressional Award is a great way to recognize young men and women who have taken the initiative to improve their communities," said Garrett upon presenting the award. "I congratulate the worthy recipients for their hard work over the past year. I hope their work will inspire other civic-minded citizens to give back to their local communities and our great state."
