Stutzman Votes to Lower Federal Spending

Today, Congressman Marlin Stutzman (IN-03) voted for H. R. 1076, cutting deficit spending originally designated for National Public Radio (NPR).
"This is a small step in lowering the deficit and controlling spending." Stutzman commented "Every program must be under scrutiny during this time of budget crisis. We must look at controlling all discretionary spending to protect the obligations we have to seniors with Social Security and Medicare."
