Representative Jeff Denham today issued the following statement in response to the Senate's passage of the House Republicans' proposal to repeal the onerous ObamaCare 1099 provision that will harm small businesses and hinder economic growth.

"Repealing ObamaCare is a top priority of mine and I am happy to see that the Senate has voted to pass the Pledge to America bill to repeal the health care law's 1099 small business paperwork mandate. I am hopeful that President Obama will also follow House Republicans' lead and sign this reform into law in order to help small business owners grow the economy and create jobs." -- U.S. Rep.
