Congressman Brian P. Bilbray (CA-50) issued the following statement in response to the release of President Obama's FY2012 Budget:
"I am disappointed in the President for failing to provide the leadership we need in challenging economic times by proposing a budget that includes excessive spending, $1.6 trillion in new taxes, and accelerates our country down the path to bankruptcy. With one in ten San Diegans unemployed, encouraging job creation is my number one priority. Washington must ease the tax burden on families and begin to foster an environment that makes it easier for small businesses to operate and grow jobs."
