One More Reason To Repeal And Replace ObamaCare

On news of Judge Henry Hudson's District Court ruling which struck down mandatory coverage provisions in the new health care law, Congressman Marsha Blackburn (TN-7) a member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, with jurisdiction over health care, made the following statement:

"The court has upheld a concern many of us raised when the law was under debate. Namely; the Federal Government does not have the right to compel Americans to buy anything. This is one more tenant of ObamaCare that has proven unworkable. We now have a law on the books that will not improve the quality of care, will not reduce the cost of care, and will add billions to the national debt. This is a law we need to repeal and replace as soon as possible."
