Representative LoBiondo Reaction to Shooting of Representative Giffords

Representative Frank A. LoBiondo (NJ-02) issued the following statement today after hearing that his colleague, Representative Gabrielle Giffords (AZ-08), was shot at a Congressional event in her Tucson-based district:
"For the past few years, Representative Giffords and I have served together on the House Armed Services Committee, partnering on critical Air National Guard issues that affect both our districts and our nation's security. She is a dedicated public servant and remarkable woman. My thoughts and prayers go out to Gabrielle, her family and her staff as well as all those affected by today's tragedy."
