Issue Position

Eric believes that the key to a better economy is cutting taxes and keeping spending in check. In so doing we can slow the rate of government growth in a state that currently spends 30% more than the average state on the cost of government. More importantly, Eric wants to create jobs and economic activity that's ultimately going to raise income levels and increase our quality of life. Eric was an economic development leader in Greenville County, and he continues working to make the system work so that businesses large and small can have the opportunity to grow and prosper. Eric took that commitment to better economic development to Columbia and works to keep government off the backs of workers and business.
