Rep. Sandifer believes that South Carolina must have an educational system that builds on our successes and uses innovation, so that all of South Carolina's children can have a first-class foundation. To truly compete in the global marketplace, South Carolina must provide an education system that yields excellent young workers who will continue to work for the betterment of South Carolina.
