Crime and crime prevention is one of government's basic responsibilities. Bill will work hard to protect our children by making jail sentences of 20 years to life mandatory for first-time sex offenders. Also, known sex-offenders would be required to wear electronic ankle devices and monitored at all times. Another basic government function is securing our borders. Bill agrees that legal immigrants should be allowed into our state, however, he will work to enforce stiff penalties on illegal immigration.
