Dan Kapanke, Republican candidate for Congress in Wisconsin's Third Congressional District, thanked voters for nominating him to be the Republican candidate to go against Ron Kind in the November general election. Kapanke won the primary election with 77% of the vote.
"I am honored to be nominated by the Republican Party and I am excited to continue this race against Ron Kind," said Dan Kapanke. "There are significant differences between Ron Kind and I, and I look forward to continuing to campaign hard and meet with voters to talk about those differences. I am running for Congress because people want real change in Washington to cut the out-of-control spending and bring jobs back to Wisconsin."
