This is pretty plain and simple based on the right guaranteed Americans in the 2nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. It reads, "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." My "A" rating from the National Rifle Association speaks for itself.
