Issue Position

* Chuck is protecting Georgia's children.
* Chuck, as a father of two, knows there is no more important job than protecting our children. Chuck will continue to work to provide the safest possible community for our children.
* During the 2004 legislative session, Chuck passed a law (HB 1358) to protect the private information of Georgia's children, keeping addresses, ages, and other data from being disclosed. Prior to Chuck's legislation, Georgia's children were at risk when they participated in public recreational programs because the information was treated as public.
