Issue Position

I oppose the passage of cap and trade. It is a hoax that I wish we could laugh off. But if it passes, when we get the energy bills, we won't be laughing. It is an energy tax which is based on the premise of global warming and climate change. Proposed legislation should be based on science rather than a political agenda and should promote energy choices, ingenuity, and prosperity. Did you know that the polar caps on Mars are melting just as on our own planet? I doubt that has anything to do with the manufacturing output of carbon emissions.
