Dan knows nothing is more important to our families than being able to secure good-paying jobs. That's why he will make economic growth and job creation his top priority in Harrisburg -- and use his real world experience as a successful private sector businessman to make sure it happens.

Make Pennsylvania Competitive

Government bureaucracies and red tape continue to be one of the biggest reasons why companies find it difficult to create jobs in our state. This is especially true when it comes to our business taxes which are among the highest in the country.

We must make Pennsylvania's business tax and regulatory structure competitive with other states to stop employers from leaving and encourage new employers to settle here.

Invest in Job Creators: Small Businesses and Manufacturers

Instead of spending tens of millions of dollars on stadiums and pork barrel projects, Dan will push to use that money on wise investments in job creations. That means supporting the small businesses and entrepreneurs who drive our economy. It also means using that money to re-invigorate our manufacturing sector -- because a strong manufacturing sector means new jobs for our families and new products to sell and grow our economy.

Secure Tomorrow's JobsÂ…Today

Dan knows that while we can work to help our traditional industries rebound, we must also be looking to the future. That's why he will work to invest in the new technologies, new manufacturing industries and "green jobs" of tomorrow to bring them to our area and provide the jobs our families need
