The Tenth Amendment to the US Constitution states that, "The powers not delegated to the United States (Federal Government) by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the People." The Federal government has stolen rights reserved to the States by The United States Constitution, and these rights must be protected and challenged by our State government if necessary.
