As an advocate of law enforcement, Williams proposes more prevention programs including after school social centers with activities for youths: job training, i.e. electricians, welding, carpentry, plumbing, etc., as all high school grads are not college bound and their personal aspirations must be addressed in efforts to keep them from turning to negative means of obtaining an income. More funding for substance abuse programs are also important elements in an effort to make our streets safer.
