NATIONAL GREAT BLACK AMERICANS COMMEMORATION ACT OF 2004 -- (House of Representatives - June 01, 2004)

Mr. GIBBONS. Mr. Speaker, I move to suspend the rules and pass the Senate bill (S. 1233) to authorize assistance for the National Great Blacks in Wax Museum and Justice Learning Center, as amended.

he SPEAKER pro tempore (Mr. Murphy). The question is on the motion offered by the gentleman from Nevada (Mr. Gibbons) that the House suspend the rules and pass the Senate bill, S. 1233, as amended.

The question was taken; and (two-thirds having voted in favor thereof) the rules were suspended and the Senate bill, as amended, was passed.
