LOVE CANAL ATTORNEYS REFUTE GOP SMEAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST ALICE

Call Alice "fierce advocate for environment and Western New York families"

Today, Richard Lippes and Richard Berger, the plaintiff attorneys who defended the families of the Love Canal tragedy, joined Alice Kryzan at a press conference in Buffalo to refute attacks by Chris Lee and to reaffirm their strong support of her candidacy. Chris Lee and his Washington cronies have been sending erroneous mail pieces and television ads attacking Alice Kryzan's 30 years of living and working in Western New York.

Richard Lippes, attorney at Richard J. Lippes and Associates, opened the press conference by saying, "The Love Canal families were the victims of a horrible tragedy and Alice worked tirelessly to find reasonable settlement that compensated the victims. I believe she will bring change to Western New York and make us all proud."

Richard Berger who also represented the Love Canal families added that,"Alice Kryzan is a strong environmentalist who will fight to bring green jobs to Western New York.
