As Central Texas continues to grow, transportation remains an issue of utmost importance to Central Texans. Carter has consistently worked to secure funding for highway and interstate repairs and development. While in Congress, Carter has been successful in securing funding for the I-35/I-45 interchange in Round Rock as well as a numberof other transportation priorities throughout the 31st District.
