Issue Position: Taxes
Kenny Hulshof has a well-established reputation as a leader in easing the tax burden of middle-class Americans. He helped author the historic tax cuts of 2001 and 2003 that provided over $1.6 trillion in relief to American taxpayers, and he has led the fight to make those tax cuts permanent. Kenny has also been at the forefront of the effort to eliminate the federal death tax.
Kenny's record validates his pledge not to raise state taxes, and his experience will enable him to craft tax policy that will promote job creation while ensuring Missourians keep more of their hard-earned money.
