My Plan:
* Significantly reduce greenhouse gases and threats of climate change by cutting vehicle emissions by 2% each year until emissions are 80% lower than 1990 levels;
* Ban clear cutting in National Forests and allow sustainable logging outside roadless areas and riparian corridors;
* Extend and make permanent the bar on offshore drilling in California; and
* Protect the Arctic Refuge from oil drilling by making it a wilderness area.
