REP. STEVE CHABOT (R-OH): Our next witness will be Ms. Aundrea Wilcox. Ms. Wilcox holds a Masters Degree from Brenau University located in Gainesville, GA. Currently, she is the Executive Director of the Kingsport Office for Small Business Development and Entrepreneurship at Kingsport Chamber of Commerce in Kingsport, TN, also known as KOSBE.

In her role as a business advisor she helps navigate start-ups and existing through the maze of small business ownership and management. She helps small businesses with, number one, providing technical guidance, finding sources of capital, identifying available state resources, and outlining small business administration programs. Before coming to her present position, she had more than 15 years of corporate marketing support experience in various industries. Ms. Wilcox is also actively involved in the community service. At the present time she is a board member of the Holston Business Development Center, a small business incubator, and a board member of the Symphony of the Mountains Orchestra.
